Very good beds and the well speaking English reception. The attitude of the reception to us was professionall and all staff members were very friendly. It was also quiet on the room.

The buffet didn't include drinks and the quality of the hot food and the meat on the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet should be a lot improved. Some things were to long at the buffet and were cold. Other kind of foods were maked too salty or weren't cooked good. Both on dinner buffet as on breakfast buffet. I also grabbed a clean teller from the buffet which had food marks on it from the previous day.. This can make you sick, the tellers should be washed and cleaned better. The room had a bad view. There wasn't airconditioning on the room and they maked it very hot inside, it was +25 degrees Celsius! This night was in the end of February, outside it was in the evening above 10 degrees Celsius. The room wasn't good to cool except by opening the whole window, which was very uncomfortable because of the risk of getting robbed from outside. When you want to open the window, the hole dore has to be opened. This is the only possibility. A technician has fixed the heater on our room, we didn't have the possibility to stop it blowing hot air. Also the phone didn't work to get in touch from the room with the reception. The technician did repair this also. Unfortunately he didn't speak English like also some other staff members from the buffet. We checked out and complained about the dirty teller on the buffet. Only sorry has been said three times and I was asked if I experienced this once or more times during the buffet. They didn't make a gesture to compensate me for the bad unhealthy experience.
