Great location for shopping and movies and restaurants for those who live in rural areas. no
Location and friendliness of staff I don't understand why for a three night stay my credit card was pre-authorized for $115.00 for incidentals. Considering that this place is a limited service hotel and it seems unneccessary as there is no restaurant or bar.
Great Staff; beautiful view of Pike's Peak and mountains. Quiet hotel. Location is good, lots of restaurants and a movie theatre in walking distance. Breakfast was a notch better than mediocre, okay but nothing remarkable. Pancake machine never works properly; should replace with a waffle machine. Coffee ran out, as did 1/2 and 1/2, routinely. They could use a better coffee brand.
The breakfast manager was so friendly The front seat needs help. The two guys that we're working there were extremly unfriendly
I always know what to expect when I go to Holiday Express. I personally would like it if they restock my coffee packets as I use them so I don't have to go and ask for more. The sausage gravy was always kind of cold at breakfast.
The room No
Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Especially the young lady in charge of breakfast on Christmas. She had an excellent attitude for having to work on Christmas. Also to the desk clerk that allowed us to take over the TV room and watch the Dallas Cowboys game.
Very clean, modern, great breakfast, tons of tv channels (vh1 classic, fox business, multiple hbo's), nice room design, comfortable bed, friendly staff see below
The friendly and helpful staff The noise level was bad on a few occasions.
This hotel has an unbelievable view of Pikes Peak and is situated in the center of a large shopping area.
The room was very clean and welcoming! Nope. Great experience! We plan on booking this hotel again for this summer.
