It was good Nothing
Nothing I paid online through Kayak and they charged my card, then Howard Johnson charged my card 2 more times for the same room. I also had to switch rooms 3 times because the 1st room had a clogged toilet, then the second room was still dirty from the people who had stayed there the night before. The person who checked me in was rude, but tolerable. The "assistant manager" that I spoke with about the charges to my card was extremely rude, and had no idea what she was talking about and gave the worst customer service I've ever had, hands down.
I like the customer service. Jonathan at night and Teresa G were very friendly. I didn't like the stay, the beds, the closet size continental breakfast room, the rooms. For the money, I expected way more but I was happy they allowed me to refund my money. I checked out early due to my dissatisfaction. Will never stay at a Days Inn in the future. Also, the presentation of the staff. Walking up to the front of the hotel, one would be confused as to who works there.. From tshirt, scarfs on their heads while working behind the front desk to sitting right outside the front office smoking, very unprofessional when you are trying to obtain customers and want them to return.
