The breakfast was the only good thing about the experience at this hotel

The staff were extremely rude to me and my partner and not helpful at all. We had checked in on the friday we had gone out to have a look around the local area to get our bearings we then decided to come back to the hotel to get a early night ready for site seeing the next day and was also jet lagged as I am 6 months pregnant. I had asked the man on reception if we were able to get any kind of food delivered to the hotel as they do not provide any lunch or dinner within their establishment. I was given the name of an app that apparently all their customers use and they even get it delivered to their hotel room. We had ordered a simple pizza and waited an hour only for it to say on the app that it has been delivered. With that I called the receptionist and got no help whatsoever, he just said he wasnt sure. As we were paying cash we decided we would order again and see if this time was any better, again we waited another hour for it to come up saying it had been paid for with cash! By this point we were absolutely fuming. I rang down to reception again and explained what had happened to which he told me he would contact the restaurant and find out what was going on. We then had to get re dressed after having a nice bath and getting into bed to walk somewhere to get something to eat. When we went downstairs to speak to the receptionist he told us the restaurant had no recollection of our orders however I had already screen shotted the emailed etc from the actual restaurant and one even asking how happy we was with our food! We went and got food and brought it back to the hotel once in our room I had a call from the receptionist regarding payment for the room had not gone through on my card, I explained that I had forgotten to transfer the money from one of my accounts to the other and if he just tried again in 15 to 30mins it will be sorted. Once off the phone I immediately transferred the money over and carried on eating my food that I had waited a long time for.
