Location and staff. Very close to all of the action. Staff was very nice.
My room was kind of dirty when checking in. Also, the doors were sticking. You really had to push it hard to close.

A very good location and a very good breakfast.
The plumbing system needs fixing and software for billing should be revised so that it produces a clear invoice. The so-called Queen room is eventually quite small, probably the smallest category in the hotel. For a decent presentation maybe the amount of square meters in it should be added to description of the room.
