Staff - especially Ahmed - who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Wonderful breakfast, great omelette station, fresh juices and teas, great coffee. Beds and pillows are excellent as are bathroom facilities
if the swimming pool was more accessible - but its not a big problem.

The staff collaboration with a problem i forgot my valuable things in the safe and they did everything they could do to send them to me to Paris specially Mr Ahmed who kept keeping me posted until i got them. Breakfast,location,spa,cleanliness.......

Close to most things and very clean. Overall ok experience
They asked for us to pay for a tourist fee, there is actually no pool (like the gallery shows) and it costs 15 euros per person in the gym. The restaurant had a big party and we couldnt even dinner there because the music and lights were too much.

Location was absolutely perfect for hanging out at Heumarkt and wandering to the old town or along the river to the Cathedral. Great business hotel, staff were fantastic. There was a lot of breakfast options but had some dodgy eggs! Had to work on the trip and there was excellent wifi in all areas, and lots of spaces to sit and work in peace.
