Excellent breakfast, I advice to put a self-service coffee machine in the restaurant. Indoor pool with sauna and hamam are great. Fitness gym is ok, much better than in a usual hotel, suggest to add a bench press. Any way 10 out of 10!
train rails are quite close, but it was not noizy. Balcony lights work until midnight, I'm ok with that, but it may interrupt someone's rest.

The hotel is well located and relatively easy to find in the city. The room for two adults and one child was good, with a view to the river and the city.
The cleanliness of the room could be better. The TV doesn't have many channels, for some people might be annoying. The hotel car parking is very small for some cars.

It was really nice and staff was always nice and helpful. The spa was 5 stars.
The only improvement they can make is a free car parking. I think the daily cost was expensive and the road parking was also payble.

Staff was very nice. Food was good but it it hard to find bad portugueses food.
Garage is terrible, dark, unsafe and lacks ventilation. Had a CO alarm while there and it was scare. Very bad engineering. One needs to manouver on the top of the exit ramp to get out. Location is very bad on a really rundown area of the city. Quite depressing. Rooms had very ugly. Carpet is ugly, dated and filthy. One has tô wheat sandals. Dryer was bad. TV was really bad as far as image quality. Beds and pillows were really bad. All furniture was of bad quality. Internet was ridículos. Scratchy signal and when working (very seldon) was worse than the dial up of the old times. And staff had no idea or solution. Once they suggested me to walk around my room to improve the signal. I ha 2 iPads and 2 two iPhones and some times no one could get a signal. the sad part is that this one is supposed to be the best hotel in Coimbra. I guess I will never visit coimbra again.

They didn't have parking, I didn't have a place to park and it was heavily raining, I . They have parking for 8 Euro per night .
