The one thing that stood out the most was definitely the friendliness of the staff. They were super helpful, patient and very kind. Great value for your money. I loved my stay in Coimbra and in this hostel. Would recommend!
You had to rent a towel for 2 euros if you (like me) forgot to bring your own. I think this could have been something the hostel could have offered. No negative comments for the rest; I absolutely loved my stay!

Hostel absolutely fine and no complaints. However, a complete 'pig' to find and the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired. Run down and graffiti everywhere. Have a look on Google earth and you will see. No complaints with the hostel whatsoever but would we return to Coimbra? Never as it's oversold and just about a complete dump when you look through it's facade.

The staff was friendly and breakfast good. Showers were clean and the interior very nice!
Prepare for a walk up in the hill to reach the hotel - it might be hot in the middle of the summer
