Staff tried hard
Very tired hotel. Carpets were dirty and smelled musty and in one part of vomit. Furniture was cheap and didnt look clean.

The grounds were very nice, the room size was great and the breakfast was excellent. We had the opportunity to spend time with Augusto in the lounge and he was over the top friendly and very helpful - an excellent host!

From the beautiful location to the exceptional customer service, our stay was dreamlike. Mel and Suzette at Bamboo Spa delighted us with their amazing skill and open smiles. The Arcadas restaurant was a memorable experience, with every dish showing an Incredible attention to detail and complexity of flavours seldom encountered. Caroline and Luis walked us through this experience and we couldn't have asked for better guides. Worth mentioning the care and attention of all the front desk staff who were incredible helpful. Would definitely return!
