Location was superb. Staff helpful and accommodating. Very quiet and private despite its location the the bustling old town/port area. Will be disappointed if it’s not available the next time we’re in Chania.

Great location! Room was nice size and bed nice and comfy.
The bar which is around the corner was playing the music really loud sometimes in the night which disturbed our sleep a bit. It's not a hotel's fault though.

Customer service. Avraam was helpful, professional, friendly. He treated us like we, and our vacation, were so important.
