The deluxe rooms with ocean view were fantastic. Great size, and an unexpected kitchenette was a bonus. The beds were huge, and really comfortable. Also the staff by the pool were lovely, and the access to the beach fantastic. Not to mention it was one of the nicest beaches I've been to in a while.

Beach, restaurants, all the staff except the receptionist.
Receptionist. When I check in the receptionist was already upset and total unhappy. I told him I had a reservation for 2 rooms, I need it one with 2 beds as per reservation, he respond my reservation is for 2 standard rooms and I can only get on bed per room. I asked him to upgrade me because that was a mistake form BOOKING.COM because I paid for upgrade and I asked him to upgrade me but he assign me the worst rooms available. Room, very noisy, there is a compressor that runs up 3 times at night waking us up, no ocean view, I request 1 room with 2 beds for my 2 elderly relatives, they only have one bed rooms available, receptionist styed that's all they have, take or leave it.

Very basic and the whole hotel smelt like drain On our level they were constantly doing repairs so it smelt like paint all the time as well Third time staying in this hotel and was disappointed this time

I got a room with sea view and it was worth the price difference. the view was amazing and being able to listen to the ocean all night is priceless. facilities are great (huge pool, jacuzzi, deck chairs, bar). great price for a hotel by the beach. after you check out you are allowed to use facilities for the whole day at no extra charge, which was great.
bathroom looked old and didn't have nice ventilation. buffet breakfast had a LOT of options but the quality of the food was not great. the green juice was very bad. scrambled eggs had meat and I'm vegetarian (you can ask for eggs to be cooked for you at the moment however you choose but there's a line).

Location
I have requested 2 double bed and late check-in as ours flight was late by the time we get to hotel been given only last king size room with ocean view. But if we want we could move next day so it mean we have to pack our luggage again in the morning. We already book tour to pick up 6am next day so we have to get extra time to be ready. In room has coffee machine but if you want coffee you need to pay, not so good Couse we stay 3 days should get refills everyday. No hair tower neither
