Wonderful hotel
The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. There are a lot of restaurant choices and the food was good. The hotel is large but very spread out making it feel more intimate.
There is no privacy in the bathroom.

Fantastic Resort!
This was such an incredible resort! I loved every minute. The staff was excellent and friendly, the food was great, the location was amazing. I loved how many lounge chairs they had as we never had to get to the pool early to secure out spots. I can't wait to go back!
I would have loved if they had more of the large bed cabanas. They were amazing, but there were only like 6 and so were taken quickly. But honestly, that's not really a complaint because this place was the best.

Everything about this resort was amazing! The food, staff, location etc! I could go on forever! It is almost like a completely different resort from day to night. During the day there is tons of entertainment around the pool and beach and then at night everyone gets dressed up for a nice dinner.
The only 1 complaint that I have is although the bed is beautiful it's extremely uncomfortable!

You won't be disappointed - beautiful-top of line service - great restaurants- entertainment and more. There is a great atmosphere and the beaches are picturesque. I will be back for sure

Situated on a private two-mile beach stretch, Excellence Playa Mujeres is an adult-only luxury resort that sits near a signature golf course and inland marina. The hotel’s 450 rooms consist of a mix of elegant suites, many of which offer ocean views, rooftop terraces, and heated plunge pools.

Excellence Playa Mujeres has ten international gourmet restaurants, a beachside grill, and eleven bars, each with its own unique personality, including The Grill, Chez Isabelle, Toscana, Spice, and Agave. In addition, it features seven outdoor pools spread across its facilities, four of which are heated during the winter. Other amenities include five integrated whirlpools and four outdoor hot water Jacuzzis.
