I want to thank the staff of Emporio with all my heart. During the COVID-19 outbreak we came at the hotel since we were not able to return home. The staff went absolutely out of their way to make us feel safe. All of the employees cheered us up, checked in to see how we were doing. The hotel was fabulous. We got an upgrade to ocean view. The rooms were clean, neat and beautiful. Absolutely no comments on this. A special thanks to Yarr and Raymundo (Jose and Juan). Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to say goodbye since we could finally go home. I hope this message reaches them. You two are such beautiful humans and we want to thanks you from the bottom of our heart! Only a few weeks with the company, but Emporio is definitely not the same without them!! Also, the real Juan from the poolbar - you are amazing! The people made our stay so special. We felt at ease, while in these times it could have definitely been different.

Rooms was nice and clean with good amenities. Fitness center is basic but good enough for a weeks' stay, I used it every day. Breakfast is OK, not bad but I definitely had better before. Beach was nice and there is a bar as well. Pool area is also nice.
At the breakfast buffet the staff put the food on your plate whereas I prefer to do it myself. It would have been nice to have coffee every day in the room, but you are only given one serving at the start of your stay. The same with water.

Food was nasty and I wish they had options for English channels on television. Also, a/c didn’t work very well.

The staff was great and very halpful, the room was new, clean and comfort and the pool/ private beach were beautiful.
The food was not that good, there were no diversed dishes for vegeterians and vegans. I suggest to add dishes with protein for vegans, like fish, cheese, beans etc (especially in the noon and evening meals). The Wifi is not working in the dinning room and in some places in the hotel the signal is very low.
