Staff at tenniscourts and service attitude, limited availability of courts except when with coaches. Some information to guests only in German.

Felt warmly welcomed at RCCS! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very well heated and cozy. A down duvet would have been perfect! Spa : Sauna area very good. Swimming Pool ( indoor) Hall was a bit cold. Physiotherapy excellent. Lymphatic treatment poor...
Polyester Pillows and thin blankets- no down duvets:(( Window in the shower ( towards the bedroom) lets the daylight in- somewhat disturbing!! Room not dark enough! Noisy in the nighttime : People passing talking loudly.... And a very noisy rooster ;)) ((
