Hotel staff where exceptional, apartments where big, very clean and amazing view.
I liked 99.9% of every thing about this hotel apartment, the only reason I wouldn't say 100% is because of the indoor Jacuzzi water was cold not warm which was a bit strange but I still enjoyed myself.

-very quick check in - excellent staff in general -very quiet and peaceful location -right next to the beach, so was incredibly convenient -clean throughout hotel - good level of English spoken by staff - lots of small supermarkets close by - The room we were given in 5th floor had a superb view of both the sea and the pool - Wonderful balcony with excellent views
- its right at the end of Cala Millor and its about a 20 minute walk to get to the middle of resort to sample many of the restaurant. If you have mobility issues then this could be a problem. -apartment air conditioning is switched off after September in all rooms...although when we went in mid-October it was still very hot! -more facilities in kitchen would be nice eg dishrack, decent sponge, washing up liquid! -we didn't eat at the hotel but we would have if it was cheaper (10 euros per head for breakfast and 23 euros per head for dinner is simply too much)
