Great room with huge terrace.

Second visit with elderly parents, staff, food and facilities excellent.
Only negative was the amount of noisy children in the evening running around the outside bar area whist parents were drinking. We went to a nearby bar on occasions to enjoy the evening.

No air con working after reporting it twice, no tea coffee facility no Iron would have expected this for a 4 star hotel Certainly would not recommend this hotel as a stay in the future

The hotel is big and it is in a good location. Just 2 minutes to the beach by foot. Breakfast and meals are really rich and delicious. Rooms with sea view are big and usefull. Housekeeping service is excellent. Rooms (WC) are extremly clean. Employees are friendly and helpfull.
It absolutelty makes no sense that the safe in rooms are extra cost. The Cooks in restaurant do not answer your questions about foods in English however they speak. So it is disrespectful. The explanations of foods are quite terrible because which one of them with pork or not noone have a clue and it is not good. It is not fair the drinks cost in half-pension. Beds are really uncomfortable after 2 days you have quite back and neck pains. In shower you have to wait 10 minutes for warm water and another 10 minutes for cold water.

All else was first class. All members of staff have been superb friendly. Hotel facilities first-class as was the catering.
Dress code wasn't followed at dinner times. staff turned a blind eye to holidaymakers wearing shorts denim trousers and flip-flops. Not good for hotel image.
