Great view of the Nile from the good sized balcony, very central location only 5 minutes from the Egyptian Museum and Cairo down town. Excellent customer service and breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety.
The quality of the burger we ordered through in-room dining was below par and so was the food ordered odered from the in-house British pub. Bathroom was cleaned but slightly dated in comparison to Hilton standards.

Top notch hotel with excellent facilities, staff, and multiple restaurants to choose from within the building complex. Premium base of operations for Cairo offering all amenities including concierge to organize tours, well-equipped gym, banks and ATMs, and full spa. Excellent breakfast buffet with very wide variety of choices. Nice view over the Nile. All at a great value.
The room doors slam extremely loudly if you aren't careful (or aren't concerned). I was startled numerous times by neighboring room doors slamming late in the night. They must do something to cushion this sound. It is very disturbing.

The price was good and the location is great.
Service was really not good. Starting from reception to the bell boys. While the value for money is good, this certainly is not a 5 Star standard. Dont expect that.
