The staff was super amazing

The place needs a bit of maintenance and an upgrade

It's near the train station and city center. Check-in/out was quick and the recepcionist gave us interesting info about the city/restaurants. Breakfast had all we need and the lady who serves is very polite and caring.

The only thing I didn't like were the matresses. Too soft.

It has perfect location and breakfast is wonderful. Outside of hotel, there is a free shuttle bus station, which could take you to the railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff were fantastic. The cleanliness was very high. The breakfast although limited in choice was very very well presented,fresh and delicious. Location was very convenient, being near bus port. Ten to fifteen minute walking distance to the train station. We used it for day trip to Lille and to continue on to Ghent. Short walking distance to the many tourist attractions in Bruges. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

No elevator however everything else made up for that minor inconvenience

I loved my stay a lot. Location is perfect. Bus station is next to the hotel and if you want to walk to the center station it takes 10 minutes. Though you can take bus but i enjoyed the walk a lot in Brugge. Breakfast is limited but good and the staff is very helpful and so much friendly. There is no elevator but the staff help us with the luggage. My stay was very comfortable and i felt home. Thank you so much
