Pros (+) Beautiful comfy bed with plenty of wonderful feather pillows (I loathe those non breathable microfibre rubbish that many sadly now use). Thank you ... great to see the quality of everything you do. Breakfast is great. The hotel is well situated in the middle of most of the well known places to visit. Quite, well appointed comfort.

Pros (+) Upon check-in, we were given an upgrade for free. Since we had come in early, they stored our luggage and we were able to go around and start sightseeing immediately. Potsdamer Platz U-bahn, S-bahn and DB banhof are right outside the hotel. Rooms are also very spacious and well-appointed.
Cons (-) None that I can think of!

Pros (+) The hotel and staff are very nice and professional. Great location to walk to many destinations in the area. I highly recommend the hotel bar and restaurant.

Pros (+) A geat Hotel close to Brandenberg Gate and Check Point Charlie Rooms was the best comfortable and the bathroom was the best facility that I have ever seen. Food was great will go back again in time for the Kris Kindle Mart in the end of November. Greg Greenwood ECC
