Only one staff member (a recently promoted super) had any positive effect on my stay here. Her and one of the security guards were polite and generally welcoming. The room was ok.
The 'chef' was rude as hell and treated me like a bum off the street when i went to look at the continental breakfast after coming back from the store. Embarassing and unpleasant experience. Also the door handle to the closet in my room was broke off the hinge when I got there. Excluding my interaction the morning staff (05/23/18) I had an enjoyable stay. Not sure I would recommend this hotel to any one though to be honest. ((Not to mention I had to place an additional $50 deposit on a room I had reserved online. I was told it's going to take 3-5 business days which has been terribly inconvenient.)
Pay to park, room smelled like smoke
Staff was very friendly.
Not mentioned in the summary that there is an $18 fee to park there. The hotel isn't in the worst part of town but it definitely wasn't a good side of town. All of the rooms are non smoking but our room smelled like smoke. The bed was clean but uncomfortable. Rooms needed some updates, our carpet in the room was coming up in spots.
First Had a problem locating my reservation and the rooms did not have microwave and fridge.
It was clean with excellent staff. The room was comfortable as was the bathroom which was also of adequate size. 24-hour front desk.
The shuttle was not working at the advertised times. The shop closed too early. The vending machines were out of water.
Nothing close to advertised
Room was dirty, overall the building was in bad shape. Parking deck had old abandoned looking "Ramada" ensignia vans. Large piles of trash, old furniture/ piles of carpet. Building was not secure like front desk stated. Also staff not very friendly at the front desk.
On site parking
The hotel is outdated, smells terrible, and too far from anything to walk to. I thought Ramada was supposed to be nice.
Worst stay in my life
When I got to the room the sheets and bed spread had bloodstaines on them and dirt stain I literally changed rooms 3 different times and they all had stains on them management told me to basically deal with it and gave me 50$ off my stay I was not satisfied I will never stay there again
There where a lot of strippers and odd people who stayed there. The security tried to hit on me and staff very unprofessional I though I was gonna see a roach crawl out the way the room where and at one point the security and another man walked in my room unannounced while I was in bed. This needs to be addressed
Courteous and friendly staff.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Renovations underway.
The front lobby was the only thing nice about this hotel.
When I walked into the room i immediately noticed the carpet was rippled up in many spots through out the room. The refrigerator was in the middle of the floor....the dresser was over lapping the door to the adjacent room where our friends were staying...When we used the shower the handle fell off on the first day. Went to front desk to report and they said they'll someone up to "glue it back on"... sure enough day 2 the handle fell off yet again. And there is no complimentary breakfast! Way too much money for such poor quality. We and our friends who also rented a room will not be returning.
Pay to park, no breakfast, and a lot of money!
I walked in and there were people arguing and cussing with the staff the entire time I was there. 'F this and GD that." Very unprofessional and not family friendly. Didn't feel safe there, and had to pat a mint to park in the hotel parking lot, as well as no complimentary breakfast. If I am going to spend over $130 a night on a hotel, then I shouldn't have to pay $20 a day to park and $29 for breakfast! Ridiculous!
The only thing I can say positive about this location is that it is close to the Atlanta Braves stadium. Only had good customer service when we checked in.
The hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates. Paint is peeling, you can see dirt build up in the corners of the rooms and the bar area downstairs is gross. I understand that hotels up charge their drinks, but the atmosphere was not welcoming, the bartender was rude and could care less if we were there. We asked her if she had a beer list and she replied, "No." and just walked away. So we had to pick a beer and hope she had it. The "comforter" on the bed was a joke. A small thin duvet type comforter in between two sheets, is this so you don't have to clean the duvet? Walls in the hotel are also super thin, you hear everything. Upon check out the women at the front desk was more upset that we interrupted her than asking about our star or how everything was.
Ok place but charge extra for everything
Nice place due to being able to walk to the ball games
$18 to park for staying customers $16 breakfast that was comparable to a hotel continental breakfast.
