The location was good and it was bright and clean. Most of the staff were very professional. Found one of the breakfast chefs offensive which was upsetting. Restaurant staff were under pressure and often not very polite. I had booked a room with two beds and had to remind reception of this on registration as they had booked me a double room. No
The Hotel facilities were excellent, the service in all areas was superb, room comforatable and clean, pool, bar and food excellent Yes , I found two areas in which I feel the standard of this lovely hotel could be improved,. No 1. I think that people who smoke, should be segragated from non smokers,ie, smokers on one side, non smokers opposite, it was rather disturbing to have to inhale the smoke eminating from either side of our balcony. Room 408.No 2. Excessive noise level from pool area at night
Fantastic hotel. Food excellent, staff friendly. Rooms were modern and great view from our room of the main street and also the volcanic mountains. We will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
The location was the best aspect of the hotel. It was easily within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Didn't feel it was really a 4 star hotel due to the requirement of some upgrading required particularly in the corridors leading to rooms.
Street of the hotel is dirty and dark at night. Safety is a main concern and in the resort itself. I have in the past been mugged and I have heard of this happening to other tourists in the resort. I and they didnt report it because of the bad attitude of local police
Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you. There were lots of rich looking people strutting about the place which is not something we're used to but it was fun staying there. You would have to be very spoilt to pick any faults
The location close to the beach The hotel claimed to be fully booked, but there was only one or two couple at the swimming pools. Where were all the people ?
Hotel itself was excellent, brilliant location, room clean, overall very good hotel, let down by very minor things not normally associated with 5 star hotels. Minor things such as maids entering rooms even though do not disturb sign on, whhen arranging transfer to airport being told when it was best time to have car as opposed to the time we actualy we wanted
The hotel is very nice service is very good I styed i4 nights in 3 rooms reasons first room smelled very bad when complained they wrier very good and moved me to a suit which the air-condition was not working when complained first night they fixed only the one in the living room and not the one in the bed room, we came late that night and had to sleep in the living room as bed room was hot as he'll next day early we went diving and when back complained again about the air-condition the reception said it's Sunday why you did not tell us early as I we don't have now one to fix it, that is when I got real mad and told him this is 5 stars hotel not 2 any how they send a tecnition and he said yes it's not working and I can't fixed it then they moved us to another suit.
Excellent service - seaview - and the fact that the hotel is a reasonable size compared with other hotels in the nabourhood. no....
the staff were professinal and kind.the golf club noted it was my wifes birthday and organised a bottle of champagne for our room.It was such a nice gesture,,thankyou once again. we own an appartment in playas de las americas but will always spend a few nights at the villa cortes on our visits from now on.we are thinking of our daughters wedding reception to be held at villa cortes next year.
We liked the welcome. Beautiful facilities and a very attractive property right next to the ocean. It was great to rest by day and night to the roar of the ocean waves. It was unfortunate that on Feb. 22 the spa, steam room and sauna were not functioning at 100%. The pools were cold and although the staff turned on the sauna and steam room, it appears that the steam room valve was not working well. This was a let down because it was our last full day at the hotel. We had several great meals at the restaurant but on the last night (Feb.
Very pretty place, very clean, great location.
Cozzy intimate atmosphere, perfect for honey moon as well for romance and holliday for two. Well placed near the beach yet discreet, hidden from walkers view. Original ideea to have your own room pool. Breackfast divers and gourmet. Compliments for the chefs. External window fasade should be cleaned of dust.
There was excellent apartments and exterior of the hotel. Pretty good service. Very quit and luxe hotel Waiters demonstrate that they are waiting for tips, slow service in restaurant.
The attentive staff, the ability to use the pools etc in the other hotels in Mare Nostrum, the proximity to the beach and many luxury shops On first arrival it is not easy to find the main entrance.
russian-speaking guest assistance service
hotel very stylish and relaxing, staff extremely friendly and hotel in a great location.
It was quiet ,relaxing and elegant. The room was large and the terrace wonderful. Will stay there again
Location was perfect staff excelent None
Good location (at the beach) and the service is very good.
Excellent hotel with good selection of restuarants, nice pool area and friendly staff! For the price paid & star rating I would have expected; - 1 - internet access in the room - 2 - more/higher grade Audio & Video equipment (no radio, cd- or DVD-players and an old 22-inch tv) - 3 - Mineral water or a bottle of wine and/or fresch fruits etc to be in the room as a welcome gesture on arrival!
Breakfast buffet and the spa. Non-functioning portions of the spa circuit, lack of transparency of the in-room international phone rates.
All the staff were so obliging and helpful - the facilities were excellent and the food was great. The bed was very hard and I found it difficult to sleep on it. By the time the week was over my neck and back were very sore.
Excellent service, quiet, comfortable and well located. The Feista held on Thursdays was entertaining. The public areas are overstyled!
The staff were exceptional in all areas and recognising my wife's birthday and arranging a breakfast surprise just made it. The breakfast was excellent every day and made the overall value superb. We only ate in the Feng Shui Asian restaurant but it was by far the best value meal of our 5 night stay and of outstanding quality. Nothing about the hotel but watch for the prices outside! Cocktails were 6 euros in the hotel and 8 euros outside!
Location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room little bit old fashioned, long way from reception.
Located as close as possible to the excellent beach. I am happy I took a room with a sea view. Free parking was also handy for me.
As a solo traveler, the comfort, the location, the security and english channels on the tv were important. I enjoyed my stay and would go back. This hotel is part of The Nostrum Resort so Sir Anthony and Medditerian Palace are all in same complex. Glad i choose The Cleopatra, very nice hotel.
everthing was perfect
liked the location bedrooms need to be upgraded and suites are small
lovely room with jaccuzzi on the deck, close to the beach sterile anonumous athmosphere
Good location beside the beach. Nice breakfast. Having to pay for gym and room safe
Beatiful location,Swimming Pools. Excellent Food and very high standards of service.
Excellent well run 5* hotel lack of a beach nearby
Tranquil and relaxing Location is not exactly perfect.
Pool and roooms are wonderful Front desk service could have been better. Location is fine for full-board, stay on site relaxation, but not for island exploring without a car.
It was very quiet, no noise, very clean. Excellent view overy the see and the garden. The hotel staff was always helpful and nice. I expected the spa infrastructure was included in the price of the hotel, but you had to pay additionally.
location, facilities, food, peaceful. Allstaff very helpful and efficient. Prices of food and drink very reasonable (contrary to some other opinions I have read) no
All staff very friendly. Fantastic food. All facilities very clean, especially pool areas
The hotel staff and facilities are excellent as well as the hotel being exceptionally clean. The food is wonderful too.
Friendly attentive staff and good meal at the Spanish restaurant Saltwater pool and adjacent Jacuzzi nice and warm Very poor wifi connectivity in room, which we needed for some work. We had to go downstairs or to a nearby bar for decent wifi
That they upgraded us to very spacious rooms with terraces overlooking the ocean; natural friendliness of staff; choice of food in buffet Service at reception was sometimes (when they were busy) slow and unhelpful.
I love the open air hallways and the outstanding staff - they are very helpful and friendly - from the cleaning staff all the way up to the managers. No real complaints - some of the shopping units were empty - this was a pity. They should offer local shops a 'free' day or night where they could come and use the units for free to promote and bring awareness of the local shopping area.
Truly a grand, impressive entrance and hall. Spacious rooms, comfortable.
I throughly enjoyed the pool/decking area on the top of the hotel it was very relaxing and peaceful, just what the doctor ordered.
room size and cleanliness too impersonal
efficiency of staff
The hotel was as advertised and an enjoyable experience. You had to pay into the hotel gym. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and seems a cheap attempt to get extra cash out of their guests. One expects a hotel of this size to have its gym available at no cost and indeed, I have not come across this before. Also, the choice of food available, esp in the evenings, was limited with not much variation.
Being able to choose location of room
Very comfortable hotel, great value, location
It was quiet. Great value for money. Loved the padded matressed sun beds. Also great to have 2 sunbeds on the balconey. No iron despite saying on website you could get one in reception which resulted in me having to buy one. We Arrived at 2Am due to 2 hour delay at airport and despite ringing the hotel beds for the children were not ready and they were exceptionally hard.
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean and at anytime of the day you can get a sunbed. Poeple who reserve beds are in for a shock as the hotel lifts all towells and belongings from unoccupied beds - very relaxing holiday indeed. My down side was the food. I am really glad we were bed and breakfast only as the breakfast was a big let down and speaking to various people around the hotel the food in the evenings was not of 5 star standard. 1 couple said they have eaten out all week as the food was terrible. Five star - I don.t think so I would grade the food side of the hotel a poor 4 star. The hotel room should also have tea making facilities in the rooms.
Facilities, food Staff were rushing to clear dinner away even though you were allowed in up till a certain time
Room was nice (but needs to be redone urgently), we received sea-pool view without any extra charge. Food was excellent and very clean. very quiet place. friendly staf. nice beaches nearby (in front of grand duque hotel), nice admosphere. lots of natiionalities in the hotel, not only russian or german, we liked the hotel for the money we paid, but see con- points if you pay a lot. Pool was too deep for people who can not swim (min 1m55 !!) (all 3 pools!!), piano man in evening is terrible. people who stayed in ALL-in did not get all in at all, still to pay a lot for some drinks. rooms need to be re-decorated urgently, are getting old, bathroom very badly build (tiles in all directions, paint all over places where it should not be, etc...), Not palace or **** level at all, more ***. if you want nightlife, not the place to be. food at poolbar is terrible
This was a lovely hotel in an ideal location for quite, restful holiday. Food was good and hotel facilities excellent.
This time, nothing We were put in a room on the second floor. It hadn't been cleaned and was gloomy. We asked in reception to be changed, and were told that clients that use booking.com were usually put on the first floor, When I pointed out that the five or six previous visits , all using booking.com, I had been put on the 6th, 5th 4th floor but never on the first or second. The receptionist then said it was a "courtesy" of the hotel to do this, and I then asked why this had not been explained to me in previous visits, as it seemed to be important information, i.e. if you book a room in this hotel, through booking.com, you will be placed on the first floor, unless the hotel deems it fit to offer another room as a "courtesy" at their convenience.
There was plenty of on-street parking. The food was very poor. The furniture was old. I had ants in my bathroom. The whole hotel had the air conditioning turned up too high. I was very cold at night. I asked 3 different receptionists for some hotel information and none of them got back to me at all.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet at both breakfast and dinner were amongst the best that we have experienced. During our stay it was my wife's birthday and, without prompting, the hotel served us sparkling wine in our room. The beds were uncomfortable. Because it is the last hotel in the resort it is a long walk to nearby Playa de las Americas - but this could equally be an attraction to some people because if you just want to chill out the hotel can comfortably satisfy all your needs.
the food ,staff, location and facilities noise transfer-they need to carpet bedrooms
Good size rooms, courtesy room for travelers who had late flights home. Good choice of food but it was not always seved hot, it was mainly warm. Could have done with more staff on reception.
Their organisation, the catering runs like awell oiled machine. The rooms although clean and comfortable were a bit souless compared to the public spaces in the hotel. However this is a minor critisim and would not put me off staying again.
friendly service, large rooms, large lounges , good food ,clean, free wifi the room we booked with booking.com was on the external side of the hotel where was quite some noise in the evening and night. On this side was the parking of the staff, soa lot of cars starting at 23-24 h and arriving at 06-07 h;also the garbitch was there,so collection during the night.I don't know if this due to the price of the room or coincidence
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was central to everywhere. The pools were nice and clean. We went half board and the food was lovely, plenty of choice of meals to suit everyone. I got fish one night and it was cooked fresh infront of me, really nice. The cleaners were very friendly and did a brilliant job. Only bad point, when checking in had to wait nearly an hour, staff on desk were very slow and I noticed same problem with others but after We got checked in had a pleasant stay, from bar staff to cleaners was made to feel very welcome. I would definately return to this hotel.
Hotel was convenient for all the shops and facilities of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Good entertainment at night. Very clean hotel and the rooms and public areas were kept immaculate. Food quantity and variety was very good, however, some of the quality was not up to standard. Also the food from the hot buffet was not as hot as we would have liked. Often by the time I got the food back to the table it was onlt luje warm. Meat tended to be tough, especially the steaks and the lamb chops. Mine was raw in the middle on occasion.
The hotel is at the center of the tourist area and at the same time by the beach front. The hotel is clean with good facilities. The swimming pool area is very well organised with four different sections of the swimming pools. The entertainment team is excellent and they always have something going especially for the kids. The food is excellent and of a very good quality. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Good value for money. Having to wake up early in the morning and place your towels in sunbeds around the pool area to reserve a place for the rest of the day.
Nothing. The food was absolutly horribly bad.
The location was great. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The food was average and the rooms are ready for decoration.
very nice pool good choice of food staff very helpful corridors need new carpets and some floor tile work in need of repair around pool
The Conquistador is an ideal situation and people return to this hotel year after year!
location everything else- not friendly staff, not comfortable beds, noisy disco in hotels yard. No minibar or even refregirator, you have even pay for the safebox. For me the most terrible hotel in spain/
The location was excellent and the food was even better. I thought the island in the middle of the pool reserved for privileged guests as offensive and very discriminative. If the H10 wants those type of people they should make it a 5 star and not a hotel for hard working less better off guests. Reminded me of a monkey island in a zoo.
location was great, beach was beside hotel. entertainment was provided every night. airconditioning was provided without any extra cost, buffet breakfast and dinner was good too. you can hear everything from the room next to you, bad sound proofing, eventhough, you could not hear music from outside too easily.
Cleanliness of rooms, choice in dining room, helpful and courteous staff One lift out of order, showerhead loose in socket resulting in splashing out of bath area
it was near to the beach, and the weather. the lifts not working, and the noise.
The location is excellent 2 min walking to the beach, and the rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday . also you're next to almost everything from supermarket (Spar express 5 min) to the beach front walking venue.Cleaning Staff is very polite and make you comfortable When I came to check in the welcome was really cold (the worst I ever seen in any of Tenerife's hotels) I was told that room was not ready yet even though I came at 1:30 pm. also at night the noise is unbearable the hotel is located next to CC veronicas a life night venue where the music is played till 6: 00 am everyday (if you want to stay in the hotel you have to buy some earplugs it'll do the job).
The hotel location was very good. Close to beach, resturants and bars. . Too close to Veronica Strip. The noies went on till six am then the cleaning staff started up at eight am. Not much sleep was had.
Nothig much Many things:1. Its a very noisy hotel situated in the heart of the pubs zone, which means extermly loud noise all night. 2. We got a room with a door connecting to a second room, the people from the other room were able to open the door and enter our room, they did it one time when we were out, and one more time when we were inside, and saw them. The hotel management did nothing about it !!!
Very good location, low rate, exellent evening show, various dishes for dinner/ The breakfast wasn't so good as the dinner, also there was very, very noisy
I liked the warm welcome from staff and that they were helpful when I asked questions and needed extra pillows and towels. I also like the pool and the ability to go on to the beach front from the hotel. I did not like the dining arrangements as it was not always easy to find a seat and to access the food counters. I found the food very bland and diffident (and sometimes unrecognisable) I think for the same budget the chef could be more adventurous and could make the meals more appetising and appealing to more people.
|Good position on beach - easy public parking Very good and substantial inclusive breakfast Near local bars so quite noisy until quite late. Air conditioner not effective and did not want to open windows - other guests said the same.
Nice room with with kitchen and refrigerator, good food. To much noise at night, they block door 1/2 hour before you exit of noon, you have to talk to them to activate again the card.
We didn't like the room and we moved to the cleopatra hotel in the same resort wich was much cleaner and the view was awsome-to the ocean. The pool was cleaner. The furniture was old, the sheets were not as clean as for a five star hotel. The hotel was almost three stars.
Relaxing and friendly No
Room smaller than expected
Good location, very friendly staff, good cuisine, very clean and comfortable.
I liked the admophair the staff the breakfeast and the other meals
i asked to join the expo club as this was our 4th trip to your hotel. can you please send me the necessary forms to join. i was happy enough except that we didnt get to the pool and chill out area on 6th floor.
best location in tenerife bathrooms need refurbishing
location and views bathrooms very old fittings
Good food, locality and facilities. Yes. At the poolside young adults were allowed to play music without personal headsets therefore annoying guests.
Excellent location, good value for money. Food was boring, service was a bit poor. Rooms needs renovation.
Great central location. Decent selection of food. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Very uncomfortable beds! Noise from surrounding bars at night
the friendlieness of the cleaning staff and house keeping staff. also that it was comfortable for older people. The pool area was also very pleasant. We arrived and our hotel room at 5pm and it was not ready. I specified that I wanted a hotel room on the 3rd floor or upwards. They said at reception that this was not possible. So they put us in a room on the ground floor for 1 night. It was uncomfortable and loud. We did not get much sleep after our long journey from Germany. The next day they said they would change our room, but only to a room on the 1st floor which was not what we asked for, but it was better than the room on the ground floor. This room was also wrong. We booked a twin room and this room was a double room. So they had to put in an extra bed. This took about 3 hours to organise. We were in Tenerife 2 days, and were still not happy with our room. It was a nightmare to organise. The staff at reception were not very helpful and sometimes agressive and not very understanding. We had travelled so far, were so tired, and they did not make this any easier on us. We understood that the hotel was busy etc. but I booked the room in November and specified exactly what we needed, which was not alot. When we finally got the extra bed in our room, we then began to enjoy our stay. But this was after 2 days in the hotel.
Excellent facilities and value for money.
Location Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, the length of time at check-in, poor choice in the buffet, overcrowded restaurant, lack of pool side service,
the location was perfect for us the rooms both refurbished and not were small and nasty the catering was horrid and there were too many people for the facilities not enough sun chairs and we were asked to pay for pool facilities i,e, towel and cushion we were under the impression this was a luxury hotel it ruined our 30th wedding anniverary break
excellent location and pool and breakfast choice The hotel reception was the worst I have experienced . 45 mins to check in. Clueless and could not care attitude. Needs major surgery
Staff were friendly and tried to help.Public areas of the hotel were comfortable . The beds were uncomfortable , the room wasn't clean , there were no tea/coffee making facilities , no drinking water , and very poor sound insulation - we could hear clearly normal-volume conversations in neighbouring rooms .
the food was very nice with alot of selection and the rooms were nice it was all very good but we were among the very few young couples
nice peaceful and quiet with plenty of space in and around the pool area with nice helpful pleasasnt staff rooms are positioned like apartment blocks with some noisy dutch children playing football in among the grassed area causing damage to plants etc no respect to others should be a safe childrens sport area and signs showing no football rooms are very good but not 5 star food very good and entrance hall spectacular and worthy of 5 star
The location is excellent, the staff are great and the hotel is lovely
We like everything except the mattress The mattress
The saltwater swimming pool was excellant and the reception staff were very helpful and efficient. The spa was very good and value for money Restaurants were very poor quality for evening dinner. restaurant staff were courteous however they were very badly trained. not what should be expected from this class of hotel. There should be a business centre facility. I had to use the reception desk for some urgent business.
top class kids club. very relaxing stay no magners / bulmers
nice place, several pools, meal, clean and cosy rooms
Location and accommodations. Willingness to help out and accommodate problems. Bad room location at first, other information in reservation was not known to all hotellpersonal at first.
Location Kids prefered facilities at the Iberostar Costa Colero , needs more for children , playpark ?
Monica at the front desk was wonderful. Everytime I asked for something, she was pleasant and helpful. She never ignored me. The bartender in the bar, however, wouldn't even give me butter for my croissant. The girl who cleaned my room was fabulous!! She also went above and beyond.
Balcony had great view of the mountains. Didn't spend much time in the actual hotel, so no other comments to make. The hotel did make an effort to keep guests entertained, which is always a good thing. I didn't like the frankly ludicrous charge to use the hotel safe, as well as the deposit which is required for air-conditioning remote control, use of the phone etc
The room was nice with a reasonable sized balcony. Breakfast and dinner were good, with lots of food choice The daily charge for the safety deposit box; a despoit should be enough. No free drinks at dinner, not even water, and very over priced soft drinks (the water was even more than from the venting machine in reception!). Rubbish coffee at breakfast. 2 single beds pushed together does not make the room a double. No fridge in the room
I wouldn´t recommend staying in Playa de las Americas. You can´t walk five meters in this town without being bothered by people trying to sell you something or drag you into a bar, restaurant, night club. This can get really annoying. If you decide to stay in las Americas, Catalonia Oro Negro is defenitely a great choice. The stay has been perfect. Great food, great facilities, great staff and all for a good price. Definitely recommendable. Everything was perfect.
The hotel is in a very strategic place in fact it's in the middle of las mericas. 5 min from the nearest beach, supermarkets (spars) & most importantly from down town (Main street separating the beach from hotels and restaurant). Hotel very clean & quite. The staff was very polite. The room spacious and over looking the pool (no suprises ) Restaurant: food is very good value for your money. The room: the mattres wasn't really in good shape but you get use to it all the rest of the furniture in the room are in a very good condition and clean.
great breakfast-buffet, flash, spacious, nice pool-bar upper pool-area(the sun-deck) a bit barren
Close to beach at an attractive price.
Cleanliness of room Only one member of staff on reception. Waited 30 minutes to check out.
ability to relax, be entertained, and closeness to local amenities. particular member of staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and cannot fault this. same drinks should be available in bar as they are in restaurant, i.e. be able to buy a bottle of wine and not just by the glass. ability to have snacks during the day not just between 12 and 3pm at the bar. (seperate from restaurant availability).
Good value! Services of a 4 star hotel, good buffet, excelent services. Renewed a few years it is a nice hotel, with good animation, big swimming pool. Has a courtesy room for guests that leave after 12h take a shower! It doesn't have towels for pool/beach and it's located in the last line of hotels from the beach - almost 800m! Doesn't have internet computers!
Nice location, beside the beach and promenade, friendly staff, nice breakfast and super view from our 8th floor room.
We have stayed there often in the past and really like the warmth and professionalism of the staff Some facilities could benefit from a "face lift"
The room was basic but the hotel was excellent, half board was a good deal and the food choice very good. The hotel was in an good position for the beach, bars etc. None
The breakfast buffet was very large. The view from the room and location were ideal. The bed was a bit stiff.
The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Very attentive, hard working waiters. The hotel has bright and spacious puclic areas. There was good entertainment for families. There are not really enough lifts for the number of people staying in the hotel. Bedrooms could do with a refresh.
This is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location in Playa De Las Americas. Situated right on the beach, we used the small beach right outside the hotel a couple times, even though the shore was a bit rocky. A nicer, larger beach can be found on the other side of Puerto Colon, known as Torviscas Playa. The food was very good, and the selection was absolutely huge, although I have had better food at other resorts. There is certainly something here to be found for everyone. I had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise that may occur at lower levels, and they accomodated my request with a nice 10th floor room with a beautiful view overlooking Puerto Colon, Torviscas, and the sea. All hotel staff was very accomodating! Hotel room was a bit small and out-dated, and in need of remodeling. Beds were very hard.
Breakfast, pool area, location. Rooms a bit outdated, elevators hard to catch.
Hotel very nice and in good location. Food really nice with plenty of choice. Two big swimmingpools and well equipted new gim. Very friendly animation team (international). Rooms furnitures quite old...and I would say the same about other hotel guests;) 70% of all guests were over 70 years old..mostly British..In the morning they booked best places near swimming pool (thou it is not allowed) and spent there no more then 30 minutes in the afternoon...Slow lifts especialy during meals..better take floors 1-3 and use stairs if possible.
Location and hotel facilities. Room, lack of conveniently placed elect sockets. Bed on wheels not very stable. In all room not up to standard compared with other facilities in hotel.
The location near the beach was excellent. The food was varied and delicious (we had halfboard). We also liked the active animation-team and the entertainment (for both kids and adults). The much-needed airconditioning did it's job perfectly during the hot weather. The room was big enough and kept clean, it also had a nice seaview from the balcony. And last but not least - the staff was very helpful and friendly. There's nothing really negative to say about this hotel. Maybe the fact that the drinks are a bit expensive at dinner/in the bar.
you could get easy from the airport to the hotel,it was very close to the beach, it had a very big restaurant with a good program, outside the hotel is the meeting poit for many trips like Jungle park, San Miguel Castel, etc, tv channels in 4languages english, german, italian, spanish the furniture and the painting in the hotel room are a little too old, and this was unpleasant(I speak on the behalf of my room)
