The Hotel is ideally situated near the old town and with side sea views of the bay. Very confortable and excellent service.
The location and ambience was good, The Concierge, Ummut and the Red shirt Bartender was very good. - The Aircondition system is very bad without cool and also it makes lottsa noise and we had to shift our room. - The food at the Fish Inn was cooked very badly at first.. then also we found a Loong Hair in it. - The bald headed reception does not smile and also when we checked-in he asked us to find our own room which was wierd.
New building with elegant architecture; clean and well-equipped rooms; service-minded staff; excellent spa and fitness facilities; very good food. Walking distance to a lively promenade area (Işıklar Cad). The building is tightly surrounded by residential buildings: most standard rooms have only partial sea view even on higher floors. Management employs a strict advance collection policy enforced by a room locking mechanism, potentially offensive to uninformed customers.
Just in front of the sea. Good location. Personneel for buffet breakfast not active distributing coffe, tea, juice. Organisation to be improved.
Good service, no need to carry your towel, well maintained facility, perfect breakfast, many good activities (spa, massage, sauna, diving, luxury club and dining, rocky swimming area, big waterpark, inner and outer swimming pool)panaromic view, easy accessible location, helpful staff, discount offers for diner, cheaper beverages compared to other 5-star hotels. Size of bathroom, not including dinner.
nice location but service is poor and late. they billed us for mini bar items which we did not use even after we complained they did not listen and they insisted on chrging us we think their employees on the floor housekeeping for example used these item(we do not have childern) and we had tp pay.
Vey peaceful and quiet hotel with nice view.
The view of the rooms were awesome! Hotels rooms reaaly need renovation. They maybe so stylish and pretty for mid 1990s but today they look very old and and for a place as expensive as Dedeman this fact is unbelivable. Also the disco makes it impossible to sleep.
rooms are old. apperantly there are refurbished flats but not offered to reservations through booking.com for booking.com prices are well discounted.
Location and staff AC was not working
Food at lunch no
Hotel was too good and fairly priced. Rooms are very clean and have all the necessary amenities. I have got the sea view room. Hotel was awesome waterpark and good swimming pool. Location is very claose to city centre and all public transport available near the hotel for roaming around the city cheaply. Hotel staff is very good but in one or two instances, need to be bit more courteous with guests. Make sure you have ample time before you enroll for a sight seeing trips with the hotel. I have enrolled for a rafting trip with the hotel and the hotel have promised that I will be back by a specific time. I need to catch the flight to Istanbul. But the sightseeing service provider was really bad, I nearly missed my flight. I spent extra money and took stress. Really bad experience in that sense
The staff was very friendly all the time. They all spoke at least some English, even cleaning ladies! The hotel is very clean and service in the pool area very good. Every morning around 9 o'clock I was woken up by a lady who came to check something in the room - I never found out what. It was not the cleaning yet since she came later. Then a third person came to check the minibar. All these interruptions were not nice since I was having a holiday and wanted to sleep late.
I appreciate the staff being young and attentative. The service attitude is correct. It's kind of dull, not the design but the general atmosphere; it's like living in a modern exhibition. Hillside Su needs to spice up to get interesting!
Every thing was very perfect; Specialy the water park next to the hotel wich is free for hotel residence. It was the best hotel that I've seen in turkey.
It is a little bit expensive but it deserve the price. After you stay there you do not care the money you gave.
funky hotel, good facilities, original design, great staff, good location great range of breakfast - only had pastries but didn't think they were that good. beds - fun design but not that comfortable as very hard.
It is clean, comfortable and a nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious.
in general a decent hotel with all the characteristic of a relax holyday the hall with a Mediterranean restaurant to uncomfortable
beds at pool and the beach The paid wi-fi and no manager speaking russia
avrything was ok nothing
design of the hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, total experience they did try to charge a bottle of champaign to the mini bar bill, although we did not even touch it. but they changed the bill after our complaints, so no problem in the end.
Beautiful, comfortable, great resttaurant with romantic atmosphere and friendly service
Location, Room view and the facilities Staff needs to be more polite, service quality definitely needs improvement
Professionalism of staff, and catering. No.
Spa & leisure facilities Bar prices too expensive. Also Euro/YTL enchange rate very poor.
close to beach, but there are many negative things sheets were full of hairs -not mine- when I entered the room, same in toilet. Really disgusting. Also hotel staff was not friendly. I asked for non smoking room and they told me all were full (it was not true) and the smell of cigarettes in the room was terrible, I had to sleep all days with the window open!
Wonderful pool area, great rooms with a fantastic sea view, walking distance from Antalya... The pool was not heated
everything: excellent service, breakfast, poll
Almost everything. Prices at the barber shop.
near to airport, well-appointed and big rooms (in elegance building), friendly staff, family hotel, food (but almoust no meat) weddings (territory was unavailiable), bad cleaning, small beach
One of the best things was the territory of the hotel - very beautiful with great number of places to relax. Also I liked the unusual atmosphere of former casino, which took place here a long ago. I liked everything!
Excellent location; no intrusive sellers on the beach; fantastic spa facilities. I absolutely loved the in-house jewellery store and bought a lot of authentic & classic pieces. I would definitely come back again Spa, massage and beauty services do not represent value for money, although the quality was good. The hotel is popular with Russian guests, some of whom are unsophisticated and at times plain rude. This attitude rubs off on the staff. However, once they get used to a friendly smiling face, they start serving as if they enjoy it. Also, on hearing of any problems (keycard doesn't work, where can I get an ice cream etc.) the standard response is "Reception", whic I found unhelpful and immature
not bad for a short vacation
The only thing I liked more or less in this hotel was the food. The same like in other hotels with all inclusive. We have been in the hotel for 2 days only, and to be honest I would never pay 220 USD per night if I knew where I am going to stay. The rooms are tiny, too many mirrors. The service is awful, pools are small, and seaside is not sandy (pebble only). Moreover, The price was a bit higher (for 20 USD per day) than it was shown on web site. And one more thing I have noticed, that they do not provide their guests with water in bottles on the territory of the hotel which was neccessary for My child (except bar in the room). You have to buy it from them.
Decor unusual but nice
The view was great, location good Strange colors and interior decoration, noisy party outside on hotel beach
the aircondition should not be controlled by computer or personal because in the night the ac was always off. when somebody want to come inside the room then he should knock the door and wait for answer, and not knock the door and go direct inside. in 5 star hotels normaly the fresh orange juice at breakfast is included and should not be counted seperatly.
The food was incredible (the breakfast...yum!). The pool, the beach, the rooms...I felt fully relaxed and pampered. The staff was incredible as well, always ready to answer any questions and help in all ways. If you need to relax and not do much else, this is the place to go. The location: it was far from Antalya (a 10 YTL taxi ride from town). The acoustics in the dinning area were terrible. Although I loved the beach, people should be aware that it is a rocky deep beach (perfect for me, but not for weak swimmers and definitely not for kids!).
Free parking, free wi-fi, food Decoration, architecture, very expensive massage, not cosy, i wouldn'tbwant to stay here for more than a night
perfect staff.perfect hotel.
It was a perfect hotel with perfect price , the food was delicious and the hotel facilities were perfect as well. I would choose this hotel for 100% sure if I were in antalya again the air conditioning was a bit dissatisfaction
hard to find, no one spekas english, amazing for 5* hotel, and second 5* with same problem during our stay in turkey, guests were mostly foreigners
The seaview, the position. Poor room forniture, bad internet service, very expensive SPA
Nice setup. Simple design. Excellent breakfast choices. the rooms in the main tower are a little outdated but still comfortable with all amenities.
The sea was good. And design is good to see but not good to health. Smell and micro particles from cement ceiling and small bugs from rush mat on the wall caused itching sensation and prohibited my sleep. Reception staff's attitude was rude and their response was late. The guide about hotel use was not prepared in the room.
Right off beautiful marina/ dramatic waterfront, central within old town. Stylish & sleek modern design inside. Breakfasts adjacent tasty w omelettes to order & gracious, hardworking staff. Reception people are all really lovely and eager, although language challenges dominated. Pool, patio bar attractive. Some fitness equip outside, facing windows into pool. Truman Capote would approve. Despite some issues, a super value for the price paid. Unbearable heat in Antalya- 40c/105f. AC in room has some automatic shutoffs. Front desk tried, but still occurred. Towel bars & toilet tissue holders kept falling off wall. Taxi told me tourism down 75 pct. i would guess there isn't the money to maintain property or top standards. I had 117. Tight quarters. Probably a 5 star within community, but not by international standards.
Location- Charming Wake-up call at 3:30am instead of 5am
We had a nıce room on the thırd floor wıth ıts own patıo - ıt was very nıce, large and quıet. The meze at the bar were pretty bad. Breakfast was good.
The room was spacious and well designed. The receptionist was not really friendly.
The hotel was beautiful and full of interesting history. Very friendly and skilled staff. I find the hotel suitable for singles/friends/couples but I would not recommend it for families with children or people with problems with stairs, wheelstair users etc. The pool is minimal. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, but a fair warning should be made. The prices for drinks (non alcoholic as well as alcoholic) are outregeous!!!! The location is perfect in the middle of the Old town, but no beaches nearby. Lots of construction works going on now, this may be of distrubance if you want to sleep longer than 7 am. However this is the situation in May07, so situation will surely improve. Overall a wonderful experience and good value for your money with the above precautions. The prices for beverages!!
The location The hotel is not suitable for a long stay.
Well situated in the old town - food was better than expected I had to pay in full at the start of the stay - swimming pool was far too small and badly located
Location great. Atmosphere and presentation excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had a hire car and got "stuck" in the city lanes trying to find the hotel parking. Either a driving map or a recommendation to phone the hotel when arrived at the old city gate would have been very helpful.
Beautiful, stylish Hotel, very priceworthy. Half pension was good. Reception very friendly and helpful.
Great location.the new building, standard rooms (bass), bright and big room is perfect. I think the atmosphere of the hotel is excellent even in the best neighborhood.anｙｗａｙ we enjoyed the stay very satisfied !! the main building.ｓtandard rooms are small and dark .Every day there is no additional amenities ｅｘｃｅｐｔ toilet tissue. No pot for hot water.
the hotel was great in character, could not really be improved no
The history, the antiquity No airco in eating areas
Very nice friendly place. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Directions. Could not find the place using my SatNav. Even asked a few people including a Taxi Driver who didn't know of the place. I even gave him the address/
this is an international class hotel that offers high quality in spa relax ,breakfast is realy amazing and offers a wide range of food,i can recomend this hotel to everybody and will surely book again, even more every time when i will be in antalya i will take this hotel.
Hotel was at walking distance from the old town, value for money
service wireless internet is not goog
middle of town. easy for shopping. close to marina, boat trip to water falls. for decent resturants you have to go to the old antalya. Very nice hotel, staff good, but there is some communication problem between their staffs. we payed at the reception for buffette dinner but the resturant staff kept asking if we have paid? Also they keep coming and checking on your table which makes you feel as if you have done something wrong. The beds were very hard to sleep on, all our backs were aching. Need more softer mattresses.
room and breakfast bathroom
What I liked best about this hotel was the people. The staff at the front desk were very nice to us. Sida, the sales manager, was genuinely warm and friendly to us. Mehmet was also very courteous and helpful in providing us with information about the area. I'd like to return one day.
The buildings in the hotel is an experience itself. The location of the hotel was excellent. The dinner is above expectations. None
the design of the course the limited TV channels , most of the channels were in turkish and they offered very limited English movie channels .also the staff do not speak English and they are not prepared to help you to guide you to any tour
Our delux room itself was nice enough - but Location is very close to the mosque and therefore gets all the noise from there starting before 5 am. Location is some distance from the nicest parts of Kaleici and the harbour. The wifi is the worst we experienced in 3 weeks in Turkey, although it was claimed to be available and the hotel was the most expensive of those we stayed at. We could not get Wifi in the room. Sitting in the heat in the reception area I managed to get their wifi, but it was very weak and kept disappearing altogether. It took us well over an hour to make some necessary travel arrangements that should only have taken us 5 or 10 minutes. Then there was a bit of a hassel getting a printout of a reservation as the reception staff did not have access to a printer !
