Redecorated suites are excellent, staff very friendly, had a problem with a loose loo seat reported it and fixed straight away. Pool area excellent.
Two 50" smart TVs in the suite and neither would connect to Internet! Spoke to reception and they said it's a problem throughout. Breakfast cooked option very greasy and not enough fruit options. Have stayed before and the quality has gone down. Stayed at the Amerigo last time food far better.

Peaceful, calm and chilled and relaxing environment. Feel truly relaxed and destressed after a beautiful week here. Honestly sad to be leaving, perfect for couples or adults wanting a relaxing time x
Beautiful hotel only down side was the smart TV's could not connect to the internet and due to a thunder storm lasting 2 days we would have liked to have watched Netflix but that's only a minor issue on the grand scale of things really.
