The location, the pool & bar, clean rooms and the price.
Bar staff could be quite rude at times. Doorkey stopped working everyday which required a trip to the reception to fix.

Rooms are pleasant but no sound proofing so here everything from rooms next door which is not great. Staff at reception very nice but at pool bar very poor. Slow and lack customer attention just ignore you when waiting Would not take much for hotel management to sort.

Good value. Nice large bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean throughout the Hotel. Well connected - bus stop outside and and tram stop very close.
Disappointed with breakfast. Hot food at breakfast was always cold. Very spread out so difficult to find things. Queue for coffee machine. Smell of smoke in first floor corridor even though there were signs saying 'no smoking'.
