The stuff was lovely. Liked the greenery outside.
The hotel needs some serious updating. The furniture were very old and tired. The bathroom was like moving 20 years back in time. Everything looked run down. The hotel has a very distinctive smell. It's not a 4 star hotel.

The location was suitable. The hotel was clean.
Loose tiles in bathroom. Corridor carpet showing signs of considerable wear. Four star hotel but no tea or coffee making facilities. Extra charge for swimming pool which had limited opening times and was very expensive at 12euros/hour/person. Major renovations with builders in foyer.

Perfect home away from home when i have to be in Alicante for work. Excellent receptionist lady recognises me and speaks to me in Dutch! very friendly

Reasonable hotel close to Alicante Golf Course and a short(ish) taxi ride into Alicante city. Rooms were OK and the beds were very comfortable.
To call itself Alicante Golf Hotel is a bit misleading. It is no longer part of the Alicante Golf Course set up, and there is no direct access to the golf course from the hotel. Granted it is only a 5 minute walk to the course but I expected direct access. The hotel was fine but in my opinion pretty expensive for what you get. Breakfast was OK but in no way worth the extra 15€.
