Hotel was situated so close to bars, restaurants, shops and beach which was perfect, inside is beautiful, couldn't really fault reception which is stunning. Breakfast was delicious and catered for English and European guests. Staff are super friendly, on the whole we really enjoyed our stay here, but wouldn't go back to Alicante as we stayed here for 5 nights and had run out of things to do by day 3 so we had 2 beach days (which is glorious if not a little crowded in September). Move this hotel somewhere nice and I would definitely stay again, stayed in a few eurostars hotels now and never disappointed
Although I knew a hotel in the centre of town would probably not have the best views in the world I was still a little bit shocked when I looked out of our window on the 7th floor to see so many high rise buildings around us, and so close I felt as if I could almost touch them, so tended to open the curtains just to let the light in. On the whole though the room was lovely, huge, very comfortable bed, maybe not enough plug sockets if you're on a business trip and you have many gadgets to charge up. Bathroom was quite nice, could have done with a fresh lick of paint but the shower was amazing,

The location is great! Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Weak wifi...we didn’t have bathroom slippers in our room!

Seemed like the hotel was poorly kept. The room didn’t seem clean and up to date. Also, needs USB charging for cell phones etc near bedside. The elevator sometimes took 5 minutes to get to our floor.

Breakfast was good
It was all a bit ‘bland’. Room smelt of cigarettes, asked for fresh batteries for remote for TV twice - nothing appeared, despite physically going to the reception desk the second time. Room tired. Got the feeling that they were not really trying - just a tourist cash cow. Disappointing.

The hotel is very central to everything in Alicante. The beach is 10 minutes away. Shopping nearby. The market is just across the street. Great vibe in Alicante itself with lots of restaurants and bars.
